In His High Priestly Prayer, Jesus asked God the Father to sanctify His disciples in the truth of His word. In this study of John 17:17, Alistair Begg takes a look at how the doctrine of sanctification is defined biblically, displayed progressively, and discovered submissively. Through the lifelong process of sanctification, God’s Spirit works through God’s Word to make believers like Jesus.
