Today Pastor Bill points out another astounding comment within the story of Christ’s birth.
The Angels cry that they are bringing Good News of Great Joy. In the City of David Christ has been born. What is astounding is that the next verse states that the baby will be found wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger. A total unexpected situation.
This scene does not seem to be “Highest Glory.” The circumstances are so humble.
So how is this the Highest expression of God’s glory?
Pastor Bill begins to unscramble the answer in the first part of this two part sermon.
