This sermon deals with Jesus’ last saying from the cross.
With this saying Jesus not only secures our salvation but simultaneously reveals to us how His substitution is applied to us.

Jesus places His faith and future in God’s hands. By faith we are saved if we do the same thing.

With the second part of this saying from the cross Jesus completes our rescue. Jesus removes Adam as our progenitor and inserts Himself.
