Emmy Award(R) winner! Part two of this special episode continues the stories of three American soldiers:

Helene and Marco Paci miss son and brother Tony Paci every day. Tony paid the ultimate price, and Helene and Marco have found tangible ways to keep his memory and sacrifice present in their lives.

Nicki Bunting works hard to ensure that the memory of her husband, Capt. Brian “Bubba” Bunting, will live on in the community and that his life remains present in the lives of their sons, Conner and Cooper. The year after his death Nicki organized a 5K walk/run to raise money to support Gold Star families.

After losing both legs and sustaining severe head trauma in Iraq, Shane Parsons is making an amazing recovery. He works hard in physical therapy and remains active by rock climbing and playing wheelchair basketball. With the help of several generous organizations, the Parsons’ home has been rebuilt to accommodate Shane’s wheelchair and recovery needs.

American soldiers and their families pay the ultimate sacrifice and are true heroes. Soldiers put their lives on the line to defend the freedom we hold dear, including the right to life.
