Expressing Godly Character

The Savior said, “You will know them by their fruits. … Every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit” (Matt. 7:16-17). Ever wonder what counts as good fruit in the eyes of Jesus?

In this series, Dr. Stanley teaches on the fruit of the Spirit from Galatians 5—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control—and explains what it looks like to manifest each in our daily lives. Fortunately, it’s not up to us to somehow magically conjure up these holy traits. Through trust in Jesus Christ and reliance on the Holy Spirit, we can cultivate a character that reveals God’s love to a hurting world. Learn what it looks like to bear good fruit.
