Bible Capsule of today…Mark 11:22-23

Welcome to our bible capsule of today. We are reading from Mark, chapter 11 verse 22 23. Have faith in God, jesus answer. I tell you the truth. If anyone says to this mountain, go throw yourself into the sea and does not doubt in his heart. But believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. You know mountains don’t let you see on the other side. And the mountains are sometimes our thoughts. You know, we think and and we block you know the word of God. We block our dreams. We blocked the will and we need to bring them down by the word of God and by speaking the word of God. And as we speak the word of God, we kind of bring down those mountains, those thoughts that keep us away from seeing the other side. I remember when I was taking or we, my husband and I were taking our four Children at one time to the Lynchburg Virginia University. They all left the house empty nest. My heart was broken. I’ve always been close to my Children and as we were driving there was huge mountains, the rocky mountains that you just drive each taking your own car. My husband has always provided for his family a good provider. And I remember the Holy Spirit speaking to my heart and telling me you see those mountains, can you see on the other side? And I said, no Lord, I can’t see on the other side. Well I do. I have a plan for your Children. You can’t see the other side. But the other side is already prepared for them. And you know, today my Children, God has blessed them that each have chosen their way of living. And I have peace. And I trust God. But I can’t let mountains stop to see the future for me, for my husband, for my family, for my grandchildren, for the ministry. We need to bring down those mountains, you know, and we do it by speaking the word of God, bringing those thoughts captive to the obedience of christ. And you will see the other side and my Children always give me special gifts. They know I’m very uh I care for my kids. I’m a family. We’ll lose a la Familia, enlightened the family. Ministry. Families first after God. Families First for me, always. And that’s biblical. And my son louis gave me this gift. And it’s a drawing that you’ve probably seen before has the four names of my Children. And they’re like on a carpet. I mean on a wood stick and they’re each different position. Well, I’m gonna let you see it at the end. I’ll take a picture and I’ll show it to you what I mean. You know, they have their own path. But you can’t let mountains stop you from dreaming from seeing the future from seeing hope, the secure future that God has put before them before yourself before your family. Your ministry as pastors. Don’t let Covid don’t let financial burden come to you the next paycheck. Where is it going to come from? You know what’s gonna happen with our ministry as far as all this war thing? No, no, no, no, no, no. We need to bring these thoughts. Bring the mountains down. Let’s let’s cross over with the Word of God. The mountains will move or may the peace of God that surpasses all human understanding God, your heart and mind and christ jesus. Our Lord piece photo.
