In verses 11–13 of his epistle, Jude used three Old Testament examples and six stark word pictures to warn his readers about those who distort the Gospel through false teaching and ungodly living. These “certain people,” he explained, are untethered and fruitless, and their path is one of destruction and ultimate separation from God.
